2012 Summer Camp Information!
Welcome to 'Imagine That' - Summer Arts Camp 2012!
We are so excited to be back in our community this summer and can't wait to meet all our participants who have a passion for the arts like ourselves. The reason behind why we are starting this annual camp program is simple, and its our mission statement for the entire program:
Sadly, with budget cutbacks in our schools, usually the first on the chopping block are the arts related programs. We wanted to celebrate the arts and offer a chance for kids (ages 3 to 13) to work and learn from professionals in these fields.
Our camp runs over FIVE days this year, July 23rd to 27th, from 9am till 1230pm (Monday - Friday) with a celebration night happening on the Friday evening at 7pm. The celebration evening will allow the kids to showcase what they have accomplished and learned during the week with live performances and a gallery. For any artist, this truly is a highlight and for parents and friends we can imagine its the same for you!
The daily schedule is as follows:
Note: Participants should bring a nut free snack and drink with them each day along with any other supplies that instructors may require. Any materials needed are listed with the course descriptions.
